I’m Charlotte Cheshire, a senior graphic designer and animator specializing in strategic, results-driven design.

With expertise in branding, marketing, and audience engagement, I craft design solutions that strengthen brand equity, elevate user experience, drive business growth, and align creative vision with strategy.

Creative problem-solving is my jam! I thrive on developing design solutions that engage audiences, strengthen brands, and deliver measurable success.

I live in New Hampshire with my husband-to-be and our kitties, Squeaky, Stefka, and Sadie. When I am not at my computer, I am probably painting a wall in our fixer-upper, working on a quilt, or reading my Kindle (currently: Spells for Forgetting).

  • November 2023 – Present

    • Served as Interim Manager of the Design Department during the Digital Design Manager’s parental leave, overseeing task delegation, project timelines, and team operations. Represented the team in cross-department meetings, ensuring alignment across creative efforts, maintaining brand consistency, leading major initiatives (including a company visual rebrand and Journey Affiliate Program marketing), and managing relationships with external collaborators.

    • Managed the event branding of Mediavine at Tastemaker 2024 in Chicago, including project mapping, concept ideation, marketing asset creation, product design, interior design, experiential and cross-channel marketing. 

    • Developed process for video production projects that allows for comprehensive feedback from stakeholders, regular status updates for the whole team, and much higher efficiency.

    • Mentored designers and established processes for encouraging creative growth, including introducing weekly Design Retrospectives, offering continuing education seminars on graphic design tools, and assigning projects based on areas of interest.

  • November 2021 – November 2023

    • Developed visually stunning and interactive presentation decks, showcased to top collaborators such as Google and at renowned blogging conferences. 

    • Designed full brand identity for ad tech products, Grow and Journey.

    • Drove a remarkable 296% increase in organic net social media audience growth in 2022 through strategy and design of social media graphics for a 61K-strong follower base across brand channels.

    • Conceptualized, designed, and animated all motion graphics for Mediavine University online courses and education marketing initiatives, which received the 2022 Google Transformation Award.

  • November 2018 – November 2021

    • Produced engaging visual content for social media campaigns across a diverse range of clients, including Flooring America, Cumberland Farms and Purdue Global University.

    • Managed daily workflow for a team of designers, ensuring timely project completion and high-quality output.

    • Interacted closely with clients to gather feedback and created robust visual brand guidelines for each of them.
